Easy Enough Bites

You’re taste buds have been warned: ONE TURNS INTO THREE WITH THESE!

These are easy enough to make. Pretty common favs to all pallets.

2 cups of oats, 3 or 4 servings of coconut peanut butter (or any peanut butter for that matter), 1 serving of vegan chocolate chips, add 1 scoop of chocolate plant based protein powder, 2 tbsp of honey.

Just mix everything together in a bowl, roll into bite size, stick in the freezer for about 2 hours, and SHAZAM!!! You have this delicious treat that lures the lurking.

A snack that actually YIELDS beneficial ingredients. ie. Protein, omegas, magnesium, and iron

Between Meal Munchies

In between meals and finding yourself with a bit of the munchies?

SNACK!!!!

Cut up a few strawberries, add a half cup of grapefruit, throw it on top a handful of spinach, and sprinkle chia seeds on top.

You’ve got yourself a cupid’d combo of omegas, antioxidants, magnesium, protein, and much more.

Best of all, it’s RAW!!!

1 Serving Amazing Grass Green Superfood Goji Acai

1 Serving Hemp Pro 50

1/2 Cup Tempt Unsweetened Hemp Milk

3 Pitted Dates

1/2 Mango

1/2 Teaspoon C-1000 Powder

Garnish with hemp seeds and coconut flakes at your liking.

All ingredients are photographed below except for the hemp seeds and coconut flakes.
