What do you need?
1 Banana
1 tbsp Honey
1 cup dry oats
6 tbsp coconut flakes
12 pitted dates
a splash of water
muffin pan for 6

Blend everything together, disperse evenly in muffin cups.
Bake on 350 for 17 minutes.
Let them cool.
THEN NOM NOM NOM!!!
